Service Description

In Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style you will learn the order and names of postures using the a specific movement-breathing (ujjayi breath) which is the counting the breath with the movement from asana to asana which is the Vinyasa. Ashtanga Yoga sequence is building from asana to asana making your body prepare to the next one, so you will be ready to the next one and the next one. For a new students /beginners the practice have shorter and it is recommend to started min of twice times a week, the group Mysore class is two hours you can come in any time with in. after getting stronger the teacher will give/add you more asana to your sequence, you may like to add more days as you wish, Ashtanga Yoga home welcome all with love. Ashtanga yoga Mysore practice is the have the advantage as you will learn individual yoga for you only! This yoga is welcome all levels without any experience ever or advance students. The Ashtanga yoga traditional practice is six times a week without Saturday, New & Full moon.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged if you didn't cancel your booking 12 hours before, no exception, you will be charged. In the Jewish holiday calendar, we are closed. All other reasons for closing the Studio your pass will be extended by. You can book a class 5 hours before class, you wouldn't be able to book after. Love Isabel
